Collaboration is at the heart of our training approach. We foster both internal and external stakeholder partnerships to ensure that our training is well-rounded and aligned with current industry trends.
Our training initiatives aim to enhance the expertise of communicators while also delving deeper into specific topics. We offer interactive workshops that cover a spectrum of subjects, including photo and video tips and tricks, Canva 101, and information sessions on Data Protection, Cyber Security, Campaign Planning, Audience Insights, and Procurement to name a few.
To cater to varying preferences and schedules, we help facilitate both short and comprehensive courses. These courses are thoughtfully designed to empower professionals at different stages of their careers. Examples of courses offered are:
Introduction to Communications: A foundational course that is perfect for newcomers to the field. This course helps communicators gain a comprehensive understanding of communication principles and strategies while teaching participants about the important role communications play within government.
Digital Communications: As technology continues to shape the communication landscape, the Digital Communications course equips participants with cutting-edge tools and techniques to target audiences by developing great insight and the ability to innovate to drive real behaviour change.
